A full day to reset, reconnect, and recharge.

Step out of your daily routine and into a space of presence, connection and calm. Join us for a mindful journey guided by Jennifer, Michael, and Joël ~ combining Yin Yoga, Meditation, Metta, Qigong, and Sound Healing into one nourishing day.

✨ To keep the retreat intimate and deeply personal, we welcome a maximum of 10 participants. We believe this is the most powerful way to create space for presence, connection, and transformation ~ giving each guest the attention and care they deserve.

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yang Yoga with Jennifer
Start your day with a calming Yin Yoga flow, designed to gently stretch and awaken your body. This slow, mindful practice will help you set a peaceful tone for the day ahead. Join Jennifer as we flow into stillness.

💛 Metta & Mindfulness with Michael
Experience the warmth of Metta ~ the practice of loving-kindness ~ as we cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Through guided meditation and mindful movement in nature, you’ll reconnect with your breath, your body, and your heart.

Metta invites you to open your heart with kindness and acceptance, transforming how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

🌬 Qigong in Nature with Jennifer
Take a step towards balance and harmony with an energizing outdoor Qigong session. Guided by Jennifer, we’ll move gently under the open sky ~ reconnecting with the rhythms of nature and our own inner flow. This meditative movement practice helps release tension, restore vitality, and awaken a deep sense of presence.
Accessible for all levels, Qigong invites you to ground yourself, breathe deeply, and feel fully alive.

🔔 Sound Healing Journey with Joël
In the afternoon, let yourself be carried by Joël’s immersive sound journey. His musical path, rooted in both raw expression and deep spiritual exploration, blends sacred instruments, vibration, and ritual.
From studying with Tibetan monks to creating transformative soundscapes, Joël brings a unique masculine energy into his sessions ~ opening a space for deep rest, emotional release, and inner alignment.

As the autumn wind begins to blow, sometimes softly and sometimes stormily, we invite you to our Rains Retreat – a special 11-week journey of mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth. This is the perfect opportunity to pause and deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice.

This retreat is inspired by Vassa, an ancient Buddhist tradition where monks retreat for three months during the rainy season to deepen their spiritual practice. Like Vassa, our Rains Retreat offers you the chance to pause, reflect, and experience inner growth as the seasons change.

We also honor the spirit of Dana – Generosity. While you are welcome to contribute whatever feels right for the teachings, a small contribution covers the costs of the venue and organization.

☀️Mindful Morning Retreat (MMR)
INDOOR & OUTDOOR
FOR BEGINNERS & ADVANCED

This beautiful retreat contains yoga, sound healing, mindfulness and meditation. During this morning you will experience the first steps towards a fully refreshed body & mind.

What a good starting point if you are new to this MMR, but even if you are already a more advanced practitioner or have taken this first step before, you will still learn a lot and gain deeper insights.

👩‍🎓Plus, you receive additional information for your practice routine during spring! In 1 day, you will learn the latest insights into mindfulness, gain many yoga techniques and experience full relaxation through sound healing. In addition, you will learn how to integrate a healthy life so you can overcome all kinds of challenges.

What to think about to bring with you….

Comfortable light clothes, not to tight and a bottle of water. Tea and water are provided.

I’ll bring meditation mats, my joyful self and my trusted friend Ms Soundbowl 😉

Weather and other cancellations

We try not to cancel any of our Outdoor session!! Most forecasts are conservative: 40% chance of rain? We’ll try to every session! But if we are going to cancel  we try to do so about 1 hour before every session. We will reach out by Whatsapp and post  our stories.
