Live Group Sessions
Whether you visit Become O8 out of curiosity or simply review your personal development day by day, we invite you to experience all that Michael has to offer. A weekly session helps you to keep your mindful life goals on track without a commitment of any kind.
Like most of us in the us, we start with mindfulness for a specific reason, but as you progress you will soon discover that it is a toolbox useful for many aspects of life. Mindfulness and meditation is not only mental development, but also a psychic practice that supports you to be present any time any place.

In this warmhearted space, we’ll come together to observe our thoughts and feelings with kindness, learning to embrace the present moment with compassion.
One of Michael’s goals is to increase inclusion and diversity. In this way it is accessible to everyone because not everyone with a socio-economic background can afford these trainings.

*Mindfulness training takes place with a minimum of 5 participants.

On-Site Guidance and Support
- Stretch before every session starts
- Bottle of water & comfortable clothes
- Create a space that is fairly quiet
- Blanket, meditation mat, chair or pillow (provided)
- All sessions will be given in Dutch & English
