Let me share a little about my journey and how I came to be a Mindfulness Trainer.

In my journey of growth and self-discovery, mindfulness was not something I deliberately sought – it was something that had always been within me, quietly present. It was the circumstances both within myself and around me that awakened and activated this inner knowing, gently guiding me toward inner peace. As I embraced the practice, I noticed how certain rigid patterns in my life began to dissolve. A sense of openness replaced them, allowing me to see life with greater clarity and presence.

Through mindfulness and meditation, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of who I truly am and what it means to live fully in the present moment. These practices have become both my anchor and compass, revealing the beauty in simplicity and the strength in stillness.

This journey has also shaped my ability to guide others. I’ve learned how to design programs that inspire growth, even in the face of change, and to do so with compassion and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. It’s an honor to share these tools with others, helping them discover the same sense of peace and possibility that mindfulness has brought into my life.

Mindful toolbox

In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of deepening my skills through various trainings, courses, and mindfulness studies. One of the most transformative chapters in my journey was the time I spent at a Thai temple. There, under the gentle guidance of Buddhist monks, I learned not only mindful techniques but also how to weave them into the fabric of daily life.

This experience, along with other moments of growth, awakened within me a deeper understanding of essential principles like moral clarity, focused attention, and compassion. These teachings enriched my own practice and brought to life a continuous awareness of the delicate interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit- a path that continues to unfold with every step.

From this place of humility and gratitude, I feel called to share the timeless wisdom, practical tools, and gentle guidance that mindfulness offers. My passion lies in creating a nurturing space for Dutch- and English-speaking participants alike, supporting them in navigating life’s challenges with clarity and balance. It’s both an honor and a joy to walk alongside others on this journey of self-discovery and transformation.
