Whether you visit Become O8 out of curiosity or simply review your personal development day by day, we invite you to experience all that Michael has to offer. A weekly session helps you to keep your mindful life goals on track without a commitment of any kind.
Like most of us in the us, we start with mindfulness for a specific reason, but as you progress you will soon discover that it is a toolbox useful for many aspects of life. Mindfulness and meditation is not only mental development, but also a psychic practice that supports you to be present any time any place.

Donation Based Mindfulness allows you to simply pay what you can afford. One of Michael’s goals is to increase inclusion and diversity. In this way it is accessible to everyone because not everyone with a socio-economic background can afford these trainings.

Michael donates 50% of his earnings to a Buddhist temple where he partly gets his teachings from. In this way, the community in Thailand is also helped with the support of mindfulness and meditation, so that everyone can experience the fruits of a lighter life. If you are unable to make a donation, send us a personal email and we will give you free access to 1 of Michael’s Donation Based Mindfulness sessions.
