As the autumn wind begins to blow, sometimes softly and sometimes stormily, we invite you to our Rains Retreat – a special 11-week journey of mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth. This is the perfect opportunity to pause and deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice.

In a heartwarming space, we will come together to observe our thoughts and feelings with kindness and embrace the present moment with compassion.
This retreat is inspired by Vassa, an ancient Buddhist tradition where monks retreat for three months during the rainy season to deepen their spiritual practice. Like Vassa, our Rains Retreat offers you the chance to pause, reflect, and experience inner growth as the seasons change.
We also honor the spirit of Dana – Generosity. While you are welcome to contribute whatever feels right for the teachings, a small contribution covers the costs of the venue and organization.

☀️Mindful Morning Retreat (MMR)
INDOOR & OUTDOOR
FOR BEGINNERS & ADVANCED
This beautiful retreat contains yoga, sound healing, mindfulness and meditation. During this morning you will experience the first steps towards a fully refreshed body & mind.
What a good starting point if you are new to this MMR, but even if you are already a more advanced practitioner or have taken this first step before, you will still learn a lot and gain deeper insights.
👩🎓Plus, you receive additional information for your practice routine during spring! In 1 day, you will learn the latest insights into mindfulness, gain many yoga techniques and experience full relaxation through sound healing. In addition, you will learn how to integrate a healthy life so you can overcome all kinds of challenges.
📌Starts Sunday morning, 12 May 2024 (1 day – 6hrs) from 06.45 am to 1 pm (CEST)

Practice together with other practitioners during highly effective guided sessions. After completing this mindful morning retreat, you will be able to live life more mindfully, and the techniques you will learn can help you overcome challenges, like a busy mind, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem.

What to think about to bring with you….
Comfortable light clothes, not to tight and a bottle of water. Tea and water are provided.
I’ll bring meditation mats, my joyful self and my trusted friend Ms Soundbowl 😉
Weather and other cancellations
We try not to cancel any of our Outdoor session!! Most forecasts are conservative: 40% chance of rain? We’ll try to every session! But if we are going to cancel we try to do so about 1 hour before every session. We will reach out by Whatsapp and post our stories.

- If we cancel, you get your mindful session back to use another time!
- If it starts to rain during class, we’ll play it by ear – sometimes it’s nice to practice with a light sprinkle – but mindfulness in a downpour is a challenge but no fun! If we cancel sessions in-progress, you get your session back!
