At Become O8, the coaching journey is one of guidance, healing, and growth – a mindful approach to reconnecting with who you truly are.
Mindful coaching invites you to explore your essence, uncover what truly matters to you, and discover the impact you want to create in life. It’s a journey of self-discovery, but also one of release – letting go of past dramas, negative experiences, and limiting beliefs that may hold you back.
What it’s not about is ‘fixing’ you, because you’re not broken. Instead, it’s about uncovering the strength and wisdom already within you and creating space to grow.
The first and most important step is finding the right connection with your coach. At Become O8, we offer a free intake session where you can meet Michael, get to know his approach, and gain a clear understanding of the coaching process. It’s an opportunity to see if the journey feels right for you.
All sessions can be given in Dutch or English.

It is important that we work purposefully and that is why every coaching trajectory is tailor-made. After your intake, Michael will set up a realistic program with achievable treatment goals. Of course all objectives are based on a forecast and can be adjusted during the trajectory.

Working with Michael is a collaborative journey where you’ll learn to navigate mental and physical challenges with greater balance and awareness.
Together, you’ll explore the underlying connections that may be contributing to certain struggles, helping you gain clarity and insight. If your concerns fall beyond his scope, Michael will recognize this early and guide you to the right healthcare professional. His experience ensures a clear understanding of boundaries and a focus on achieving healthy, effective results.
Throughout the process, there are regular moments of evaluation to reflect on progress. If needed, the trajectory can be adjusted or expanded to better support your unique path to well-being.
