Mindful at Work is a program tailor-made in partnership with a organization that is interested in the benefits of integrating mindfulness during work activities. One company is not the other, which is why we always look together in a step by step approach at what fits, in terms of location, dates, times, duration, content and rate.

Our program supports all sort of professionals facing all kinds of challenges. We help you to transform from the inside out to improve topic decision making, build strong relationships and together dramatically improve your results and performance at work.

Learning to meditate during sessions and create mindful perseverance in daily life is a useful starting point of our program. Michael guides each participants on their path by linking mindfulness it to certain professional and personal goals.

Mindful at Work offers all kinds of energy boosters to help you uplift in a calm and efficient way. The group size of a training is usually around 10 participants and a group can supplement the training with individual coaching.

As you take in the energy of our group sessions, you’ll also get the attention and inspiration that comes from our experienced Mindfulness Trainer. 

Michael is full of the compassion he gives and with his guidance, participants feel at ease as they create a shared connection from within.

Mindfulness is there to reveal and understand the connection between mind and body on a deeper level.
