Here is a little insight into my life and how I became a Mindfulness trainer….
In my own development process I discovered in a natural way what mindfulness can bring. On a higher level, an inner peace had developed, as a result of which certain frames in my life disappeared.
Mindfulness and meditation give me insight into who I really am and what life has to offer in the present moment. I understand what it takes to execute innovative program development initiatives that require effective change management.

Mindful toolbox
In recent years I have strengthened my skills by giving various trainings, courses and following mindfulness studies. For example, during my time at a Thai temple, Buddhist monks taught me various mindful techniques and how to integrate them into daily activities.
Among other things, I developed a deeper understanding of moral compass, concentration and compassion. A new awareness has been developed and continues to do so for the body, mind and spirit.
From the heart I share this specific knowledge, essential wisdom and manageable practice of highly regarded mindfulness techniques. My drive and passion energize me to effectively support Dutch and English speaking participants in navigating to healthy development opportunities.
